Meditation Week 6

This week saw the last day of the spirit led Monday morning Meditation for You course.  The focus was on the Brow and Crown Chakras followed by a 50 minute guided meditation. All those present reached varying depths of peace while drifting into perfect meditational mind state.  Fantastic way to spend Monday mornings readying yourself for the week!
